RETURN & EXCHANGES
We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
1. 14-Day No-Questions-Asked Return
Policy: Customers can return the product within 14 days of receiving it without providing any reason
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The product must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition.
2. 3-Month Free Return Shipping for Product Issues
Policy: If there are any product issues within 3 month of purchase, we will cover the return shipping for both the return and exchange process.
Shipping Costs: Godyga covers both return shipping costs if the issue is caused by product quality.
3. 2-Year Exchange Warranty (After 3 Months, Customer Pays for Shipping)
Policy: 2-Year Exchange for any quality issues, where we will provide a replacement if the product has defects or malfunctions.
Shipping Costs: After 3 month, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, but Godyga will cover the shipping cost for the replacement product.
4. 3-Year Free Repair Warranty (After 3 Months, Customer Pays for Shipping)
Policy: Free repair service for any product defects or issues within the 3-year period from the purchase date.
Shipping Costs: After 3 month, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Godyga will cover the cost of shipping the repaired product back to the customer.
5. Lifetime Quality Guarantee (Post-3-Year Paid Repair)
Policy: From the date of purchase, the product comes with a lifetime quality guarantee. Godyga will continue to provide repair and maintenance services for your product as long as it remains repairable. For any product quality issues arising under normal use, Godyga will offer repair services until the product is beyond repair.
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs during the repair process. After the 3-year period, repairs will be charged for parts and labor, and the customer will also be responsible for the shipping costs for the repaired product.
When you return / exchange
Please email us at support@godyga.com with “RETURN”/ "EXCHANGE" in the subject line and include your order number and the reason for return.
2. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags/packaging attached and hygiene sticker intact.
3. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer, unless the product has a manufacturing defect. Any item with a manufacturing defect acknowledged by the Company may be subject to an exchange or refund. In this case, we will cover return shipping costs and we will send you a return label.
HERE IS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE GUIDELINE:
1. Simply email us your order number or email used to place the order at support@godyga.com for the easy return. No question asked.
2. We will email you a free return label or guide you to ship back to our return center.
3. Our return center will process all the returns/exchange every two days.
REFUNDS
*Please allow up to 7 business days from when we receive the items in our warehouse for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.
** For any potential misuse or abuse of our return policies, we reserve the right to refuse service.
